I REALLY wanted to love this. I don’t know if my issues are with the shampoo or the conditioner, as I have been using them together. Regardless, I have yet to have a good hair day with these. They leave my hair feeling sticky, and it becomes VERY easily tangled. Brushing it takes twice as long as I’m having to go over each section multiple times before I can get the brush all the way through. If it was any worse it would start matting 🙁
I have tried using a lot, using a little, rinsing extra thoroughly, and rinsing just enough. I don’t use any styling products or leave-ins, so I know it HAS to be this.
On top of this, I have hair that lays not quite halfway down my back (almost to my bra strap), and I have used half the bottle in just over a week 🙁
It really does smell amazing though. No complaints on that front. But I just can’t justify giving it more than one star based on scent alone.

I love this conditioner!! I have very frizzy wavy hair this helps so much!! I love how it leaves my hair and it makes my waves so nice!!

I really really want to love this conditioner, especially in a world where it is so tough to find all natural products. My issue is that it leaves a heavy white residue in my hair. I first noticed it when my hair felt weighed down and then I saw a fine white residue in my hair brush after brushing. If I could post a photo I would… it looks almost as though I sprinkled baking soda over my brush.
I’ve never had an issue like this before with any conditioner, so I don’t imagine it’s my own human error. I washed and rinsed my hair the same way I always do.
I’m assuming maybe it’s the oil in the product.
Besides this, it does smell great and I do like the shampoo that came with it.
2 stars for the scent and for the fact that it is all natural.
I imagine I’ll continue using the shampoo and just find a replacement conditioner.
